- You can cancel any announcement at any time if no matching recommendations are received.
- You can also transfer the Reward to another need or announcement if it hasn't been used yet.
How to Set the Reward?
We recommend setting rewards as a percentage of the annual salary (15%-25%). This approach ensures fair, market-appropriate compensation that attracts quality recommendations. Specific amounts are also available if preferred.
From our experience, successful recommendation campaigns typically set rewards between 15% to 25% of candidate's annual salary, depending on:
- •The role's difficulty or seniority
- •Market demand and urgency
- •Rarity of the required skillset
The more attractive the reward, the higher your chances of receiving strong and fast recommendations from recommenders with the right connections and professional market experience.

📌 A Practical Example
Scenario 1
You create an announcement for a position with SAR 120,000 annual salary and set a reward of 25% (SAR 30,000). No suitable recommendations are received within your preferred timeframe.
You pay nothing.
Scenario 2
A qualified candidate is recommended through the platform. You choose to proceed and reward the recommender directly.
A large portion of the reward is allocated to the recommender for their effective contribution in recommending suitable talent that meets your job requirements.
📝 When Are Service Fees Applied?
No fees are charged in the following cases:
- No recommendations are submitted.
- Submitted recommendations do not match your stated requirements.
- You cancel or update your request before any suitable recommendations are received.
•However, a service fee will apply if a suitable recommendation is submitted via Faltara, and you decide to:
- •Cancel the announced job post after receiving the candidate recommendations, or
- •Reject the recommended candidate without proceeding.
A 30% service fee is applied based on the Reward you had originally set.
This fee covers the technical effort invested in referral processing and intelligent filtering.
